| Holiday unit
This unit has two separate bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. In the first bedroom there is a queen sized bed which is provided with linen, towels and an electric blanket. The second bedroom has a double bed which is provided with pillows and an electric blanket and Linen, There is a Double pull out Sofa in the Lounge.( no linen provided). The kitchen has a stove, microwave and medium sized fridge. It has ceiling fans,a heater and a color TV& DVD. The toilet and bathroom are in separate rooms and this unit is very spacious. Linen is available to hire. |

| Deluxe cabins
Our deluxe cabins have two bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed which is provided with an electric blanket, pillows and Linen for 2 people. In the second bedroom there are two sets of bunk beds ( no linen on Bunks). They are fully self contained with a medium sized fridge, stove, microwave oven, ceiling fans, heater and color TV & DVD.
The toilet and bathroom are combined. Two of these cabins have balconies with outdoor setting to seat 4. Three have views of the ocean. Linen can be hired. |

| Standard ensuite cabin
These cabins sleep 2 to 6 people and have a double bed with an electric blanket, pillows and a bedspread provided and either one or two sets of bunks. They have a cooker, microwave, bar fridge, fan, heater,and color TV. The bathroom and toilet are combined. Linen is not included but can be hired. |

Our standard cabins sleep up to 6 people and have a double bed and two sets of bunks with pillows provided to the main bed. They have a color TV, a microwave,a cooker, a bar fridge, a fan and heater. Linen is not included but can be hired. |

| Powered sites and camping sites
Our sites are well grassed and very spacious. Many are lined with magnificent Norfolk Island pines that provide excellent shade. Views of the river or the ocean are also available from many sites.
